The Best Spicy Edamame Recipe For a Healthy Snack
Spicy Edamame is a cheap appetizer for a quick snack. It is a high-protein healthy snack.
Edamame is traditionally cooked in salty water and eaten straight from the pod in Japan. It is considered a nutritious snack that’s frequently ordered in Japanese restaurants. With a pinch of sea salt, it’s excellent on its own. But, there’s no harm in adding a little spice to things for a change.
What You’ll Need to Make Spicy Edamame
- Fresh or Frozen Edamame in the shell: This is available in most grocery stores. Edamame is a type of young soybean that is soft and tasty to eat. Edamame is frequently cooked and served inside the shell, like in this dish. You don’t eat the shell, instead, scrape the beans out of their shell with your front teeth to eat them. They’re really easy to remove.
- Garlic: Minced garlic
- Sesame oil
- Soy Sauce
- Red chili flakes
- Olive oil
