  • 1 No onion, finely chopped സവോള
  • 8 cloves of garlic, finely chopped വെളുത്തുള്ളി
  • 2 Nos Green chilies, finely chopped പച്ചമുളക്
  • 2 Sprigs Curry Leaves കറിവേപ്പില
  • 1 inch ginger piece, finely chopped ഇഞ്ചി
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala ഗരം മസാല
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Crushed Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 No egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup Flour for coating
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs for coating
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

Cook the Chicken

  • Wash and Cut Chicken into large pieces.
  • Add chicken pieces, 1/2 tsp crushed pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 cup water. Cover with a lid and cook the chicken for 15-20 minutes until they are cooked through. Open the lid and if there is extra water let it evaporate by cooking it for a few more minutes. This helps to remove excess water from the chicken.
  • Allow to cool, then shred chicken into small pieces.
