- 2 Nos Green chilies, finely chopped പച്ചമുളക്
- 2 Sprigs Curry Leaves കറിവേപ്പില
- 1 inch ginger piece, finely chopped ഇഞ്ചി
- 1 teaspoon garam masala ഗരം മസാല
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 ½ teaspoon Crushed Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 No egg beaten
- 1/4 cup Flour for coating
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs for coating
- Oil for frying
